Employment Services

Melwood Community Services offers a variety of solutions-based services that will set you on a path to employment. Our services, starting with a community-based situational assessment, may include job development, placement and training, or follow-along services and are conducted on an individual basis.

Why Employment Services matter

Despite being capable and eager to work, the unemployment rate for people with disabilities is more than double that of people without disabilities. We help individuals find meaningful employment, take pride in their work, and invest in their future. For people with disabilities, these skills and supports received often serve as the foundation that allows them a true foothold in the workforce and the opportunity for a long career of their choosing.
