Reagan Chaney is the Director of Community Impact at Melwood. She has been an integral part of the supported employment and workforce development sector of Melwood since 2007. Chaney has a passion for championing fair employment rights for all. With a bachelor’s degree in psychology and communication studies, and certification as an Employment Support Professional, she is committed to advocating for and providing direct support to marginalized communities. Chaney is a native Washingtonian and loves her city and exploring everything Washington, D.C. has to offer along with being a dedicated Capitals hockey fan. She is passionate about social justice in our neighborhoods, workplaces and the global community. One of her favorite places to travel is Haiti where she has spent time volunteering with a program created to help children receive educational opportunities.
