Donna Seering is dedicated to the quality provision of employment and training services that exceeds customer expectations. 
  
For over three decades, Seering has provided workforce candidates with the full scope of employment and training services, as well as career counseling services throughout her tenure in the human service field. She has also provided various human service organizations and the business community with seminars and presentations at the local, state, and national level on topics such as: the Americans with Disabilities Act; Vocational Evaluation and Career Assessment; Job Matching for Success; Job Development Strategies for Success; Developing Business Partnerships; and Universal Design for Learning. Additionally, Seering has provided the business community with consultation and service provision for job analysis, productivity and efficiency analysis; and recommendations for specific accommodation and assistive technology enhancements for the aging workforce. 
  
Seering was certified through the Commission on Certification of Work Adjustment and Vocational Evaluation Specialists (CCWAVES) in 2007, as a Certified Vocational Evaluation Specialist (CVE); as well as being certified by the credentialing body, the College of Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals (ICVE-Canada). She is also a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, CRC.
